This was created from a very old vintage photograph I purchased in a antique store in Arizona. I have created some original solar prints of her which I used in a composite. This is also a composite with just her image, a background which was painted with acrylic and then photographed and added. I like the way this came out.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field.
