The Cross Canvas Print

My original photograph for reference was taken at San José de Tumacácori in the main mission church. The crosses change are changed out at sometime of the year. This was the second version I photographed. I have always wanted this as a painting and will have this one printed for my home. This would look great on a greeting card as well.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward. I approach each new piece knowing it requires a correct set of elements bound together with creative resolve, with the ultimate goal being a perfected visual exposition.
