Pitcher Pods and a Pear Canvas Print

I received a gift of pears yesterday so I have taken several photos shoots using different arrangements in color and into black and white. This is of several still life photos I am uploading. I enjoy creating still life photos using flowers, fruit and items I have in my home.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward. I approach each new piece knowing it requires a correct set of elements bound together with creative resolve, with the ultimate goal being a perfected visual exposition.
