Florida Seagull Canvas Print

This is another of my seagull photos turned into art with filters and textures added for interest to a rather almost black and white photo because of such an overcast day when this was taken in Clearwater, Florida. I do like the coloration of this better than birds of the west coast.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward. I approach each new piece knowing it requires a correct set of elements bound together with creative resolve, with the ultimate goal being a perfected visual exposition.
