This is one of several still life images I have created from a recent photo shoot. I used natural outdoor light on a shaded patio to take the original photo in color. Through editing and textures added I have created this muted black and white fine art piece.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field.
