This composite started off as an abstract. When I got to a point where it looked like winter and a landscape, I added the man with an umbrella and some buildings in the distance to look to be located near a city, painted a little snow over the whole thing arriving at this image.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward.
