As I created this piece I thought of all the the unseen things and partials floating around us on Earth and in the Heavens. Under the microscope, they are full of surprising shapes, colors, and interesting design elements.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward.
