Artist's Description
I took this photograph with my Apple cell phone while walking in Wickenburg, Arizona. These beautiful, colossal cactus plants are all over the city and in full bloom. The foothills surrounding this region are all full of these old and magnificent saguaros, which can weigh between 3200-4800 pounds. NEVER plant one too close to your home.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field.
