I created the background vector drawing first and added the layers of hibiscus coloring each in Illustrator and then adding and using opacity on the hummingbirds. I love love the Caribbean colors. This is one I had printed, matted and framed for my kitchen entry on a medium yellow wall. It is beautiful with my Mexican, Cowboy decor.
