Description
The Ford Trimotor (also called the "Tri-Motor", and nicknamed "The Tin Goose") is an American three-engined transport aircraft. Production started in 1925 by the companies of Henry Ford and ended June 7, 1933. A total of 199 Ford Trimotors were made.
This photo was taken by me at the Palm Springs Air Museum just before my flight. This was a fun experience. It is on tour now and you can check online to see if it will be coming to your area if you are interested.
