I took this photo and edited it in 2017. Somehow, it was misplaced and I just found it. The photo was shot just after dark in a canyon located in Key's Ranch, Joshua Tree National Park. The sky was blown out and cars almost total in darkness. I reworked it into this image and saved what I could.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward.
