Well what can I say. I live near Joshua Tree National Park so I spend a lot of time up there. The original photo was taken at dusk why a few star appearing. The view was spectacular. This place always gives me a feel of being on a different planet. It is so diverse in rock formation, trees growing right out of the rocks. To me this place is a perfect home for out of this world aliens and the Joshua trees look very alien as each one is has its own very unusual form. Everyone needs to visit here. It is also a rock climbers dream and world class destination for international rock climbers.
As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy.
