This is one of many photos I have taken at Mission San José de Tumacácori outside of Tucson, Arizona. I really love this composition focusing on the pot. In order to make it stand out against the same colored adobe walls I used selective coloring.

As an essentially self-taught artist, I have found my own truths and artistic paths. I am naturally curious and fervid about understanding new techniques, making the self-learning process a challenge I enjoy. Through the years, I have studied printmaking, drawing, painting, and graphic design, and I feel fortunate to have had a very successful career in that extremely competitive field. While art is, by nature, intuitive and emotive, my process is relatively straightforward.
